I’m very pleased with the representation I received through Anderson Hemmat. They are very knowledgeable in their field, professional at all times and got back to me in a timely manner every time I had a question. I truly felt they were the best representation for my Pedestrian Accident claim that I could have chosen. My hats off to Chad and his staff and would highly recommend him to friends and family members in need for an accident/injury attorney.

This was my second time working with Anderson Hemmat. This time my husband and I both were involved in a car accident together and obtained legal counsel from them. Unlike last time, we mostly worked with Jason. With my case four years ago, I mostly worked with Cameron. Both are truly exceptional attorneys. Jason was there to explain our options every step of the way. Our case lasted two years, due to the at fault driver dodging being served. Which was a real pain. But Anderson Hemmat hired a private investigator to help locate her to be served. I’m not so sure many other law firms in the area would have went to these lengths. Most would have likely dropped the case at some of the points where Anderson Hemmat just kept digging in deeper to get my husband and I the maximum amount of settlements for our injuries. Jason was also an expert negotiator when he finally got the insurance company to start working with us. Again, we were called every step of the way during the process and were given excellent advice to help make the best decisions. Special thanks also to Kayleigh who really knows her stuff and works so hard on the cases, just as much as the attorneys. She was always such a delight to speak with and so knowable about everything going on with our cases. I highly recommend Jason, Cameron and Kayleigh if you’re thinking about using this firm. They’re truly a group of compassionate folks that care about successful outcomes for your case.

For anyone looking for a personal injury lawyer I can assure you Anderson Hemmat is the BEST.
Chad Hemmat took the call when I was searching for a lawyer. He was so kind and answered all of my questions. I had a ton! He stood out as different than the other lawyers I talked to as being an authority and expert without sacrificing his empathy and integrity. I was so reassured when he told me that he personally would be taking my case. Chad and Jason have repeatedly assured me that they are empathetic to my situation and they are approaching my case with compassion. Jason Alleman is by far the most impressive, knowledgeable, and wonderful human being I have ever known. I've met a LOT of lawyers over the years through my work, and they all met at least some or all parts of the stereotype -- boring, arrogant, even soulless. Jason stands far far FAR apart from the pack. He is happy, caring, concerned, and dedicated. He does what he does because he genuinely wants to help people, and he is SO GOOD at it. I've been so impressed by the wealth of knowledge he has and his skill in the field. I cannot recommend him enough; he is the only person I would ever go to!

Wouldn't want anyone else! They work so hard and are dedicated to not only their craft but to you as well. They'll fight tooth & nail for you, are responsive, and are respectful towards you. They know their stuff and don't beat around the bush, either. They get it done and they get it done as quickly as they can. I also appreciate how much of a cohesive team they are. I don’t know yet if this firm will be my choice to represent me, but what I can definitely say is that this firm was knowledgeable, responsive and actually interested in learning the details of my case. Head and shoulders above any other “personal injury” firm in the metro, IMO, including in terms of law knowledge and professionalism. Attorney Chad Hemmat took the time to understand my potential case, and was knowledgeable, professional and interested in the details, taking careful note. Absolutely best in terms of expected legal representation.

The best by far.

After a crash on I-25, vehicle totaled/work contract upended/frustrated with difficult/indifferent claims adjuster/urgent care/physical pain, I ultimately consulted with Chad and felt a weight lifted. Chad's compassionate and straightforward approach was comforting and instilled trust/confidence. The AH team 100%. Chad settled my case for 3x average. Chad took my case when other law firms (the ones that advertise on TV every 5 minutes) stopped returning my calls once they learned that my injuries were caused by a bicyclist traveling over 35 mph on a trail. I spent 5 days in the hospital because of my injuries. Mr. Hammett came to me, offered me his services, and without hesitating took my case.
