I found the law office of Anderson&Hemmat on a search around the spring of 21. The search had some great reviews and also none of the daytime T.V adds that are so annoying. The first attorney I hired could not even remember my name when I would call them.
I called Chad Hemmat on a weekend and left a brief message expecting a call during the week. Chad reached out to me on a Sunday and after a 30 minute call explaining my situation I knew then and there this was the right avenue to explore. I met with Chad the next week and it has been the best. Chad is not only very professional and honest he has a quality that he does care about a individuals needs and care. After a no fault of mine accident and with a long prosses of five surgery's to the back and spine with nerve damage Chad and his team have been with me all the way. His team, with a emphasis on Beth, have been my rock in getting through this. They went way beyond my expectations and reach out to me after every surgery I have been through. This is truly a first class number one team that you will want on your side. My medical care is not finished yet and a settlement has not been reached but I know Chad and his team will fight for my rights. Chad is so knowledgeable in the medical care and what the outcome might be on recovery. I can not say it enough that this team is topnotch. Go with a professional instead of a T.V. actor.

Chad is quick, passionate, and refreshingly transparent for an attorney. For personal reasons, I didn't pursue my skydiving case. Though our time was short, I appreciate his honesty and grace during an already difficult time for me.

I will give Anderson Hemmat 10 Stars. I was involved in a horrible car accident in November in 2021 suffer internal bleeding and was in the hospital for about a week. I didn't know what to do the day after I got out of the hospital I looked up Anderson Hemmat I gave them a call Jason took care of my case was very professional and very patient always return back my phone calls I was super sad and didn't know what to do but Anderson Hemmat and his team took care of me and made sure the insurance companies and the hospital's didn't take advantage of me they when the extra mile and settled case thank you so much for everything.

The whole office is warm and caring. Do an excellent job for you. I felt they were sincere in all they did for me.

The team at Anderson Hemmat has been amazing every step of the way. Chad Hemmat fought to make sure that I got what my case was worth and he made sure I wasn’t screwed over by the insurance. My case was handled with care and done in a very timely manner. I couldn’t have asked for a better legal team. I recommend Anderson Hemmat to anyone who is unfortunate enough to be in a car accident. Never at anytime did I feel like a burden because all my calls and emails have been returned shortly after contact and were always answered. Do yourself a favor and make Anderson Hemmat your first call if you’ve been involved in an automobile accident. My case was settled in less than 3 months from the date of my car accident. I was called last week with my settlement details and walked into their office the next day for my settlement check. This law firm worked hard to get me the largest settlement payout they could, even with a case that was complicated and less than desirable, due to the at-fault drivers lack of cooperation. One thing that stood out right away when I started working with this firm was feeling like you truly get their entire staff working on your case. I’ve worked with law firms before for personal matters and work related matters and I can say with confidence, you usually only get one attorney that you work with and one paralegal. That is not how Anderson Hemmat operates. Every time I had to call in I was delighted to talk with someone right away who knew all about the details of my case and could give me updates, answers and alleviate my concerns, even if I was talking to the staff member for the first time. I even had extensive phone calls with Cameron, Chad, Julie, and Jason where I could tell it was their goal to explain everything in detail to me, so that I felt comfortable and truly understood what they were trying to convey. Again, this is not always the individual attention and time you get with attorneys at other firms, but Anderson Hemmat seems to be the exception. I also worked with Evangelina and Beth who were wonderful and demonstrated excellent client service skills. I cannot recommend this firm enough for personal injury cases. Called about options with existing case at another firm and spoke with Attorney Jason Alleman. Very Respectful and thorough with information and options I could peruse.
