I was dealing with insurance and they only wanted to see incoming bills. They never asked about my condition or talked about pain and suffering settlement payments. I was referred to Anderson Hemmat by a friend and they too got treated like a human being who was struggling with health issues after a car accident that they didn’t cause. First time My daughter needed a lawyer very pleased on how they handled her case walked her through every process made sure she was comfortable and felt comfortable and understand everything that was going on with her case and even would check on her Recovery.

I think of myself as a rational and “I’ll-handle-it-myself” type of individual. I admit that over the years I’ve eyerolled numerous TV ads for auto accident representation. With that said, the auto accident I was in last fall with my husband and mother left me rattled emotionally and physically. My car was destroyed. I was hurt. My mom was hurt. I met Chad Hemmat personally the first time when he personally came to my home after my son’s auto/pedestrian crash. You might think that after the meeting with Chad he wouldn’t be involved in the day-to-day of the case. You’d be wrong. Chad gave me his cell phone and I had access to Chad and his staff for the next several years the case required. This law firm doesn’t just sit back and wait for things to happen—they make things happen with their talent. The most important thing to know about Chad is he personally cares about you. Chad and his team gave my son his life back. To this day he still checks in to make sure we are doing ok.

I had multiple lawyers turn my case down before I found Chad. Chad took my case right away. He turned it around from me being wrongfully ticked and at fault to getting the insurance to surrender the maximum 100% of the policy. He has continued to try and get me as much of the settlement money as possible, even when he has no obligation to in some instances. I would recommend getting Chad. He will fight for you and make sure you have the best case possible with the best possible outcome!
