I was involved in a hit and run which my insurance company chose to hold me liable even though the police did not. I worked with Mr. Alleman through most of my case however I did receive updates from both Mr. Hemmat and Ms Anderson. The firm was extremely communicative during the whole process and made this incredibly easy. I just didn’t want to be held liable with my insurance company and they ensured that didn’t happen.

I was involved in an accident in 2016 that totaled my vehicle and resulted in numerous visits with my physician, emergency care, specialists and countless physical therapy appointments. It was a little convoluted in that my injuries were not "a typical". I had a lot of pain, but nothing that could be corrected surgically. There were several times I felt defeated and ready to throw in the towel. I was just tired of getting the run around from the practitioners I was seeing. I was ready to be done with the case and thankfully spoke with Julie Anderson, who pointed out information in my medical file that I was unaware of. I had more options for treatment that weren’t relayed to me by one of the specialists. I was able to follow-up with the specialist and received additional treatment. I wasn’t cured, but I’m definitely in a better spot physically thanks to Julie and her team’s attention to detail. After nearly 3 years of treatment, we finally settled my case. I was T-Boned in a car accident and my car was totally destroyed. I ended up in the hospital and had numerous doctor and physical therapy appointments (56 to be exact). I immediately started receiving calls from 3rd parties representing the Hospital, my Health Insurance (all the fees that they paid the providers) and not to mention my own medical fees incurred. They all wanted to be paid back huge amounts of money for services and fees involved with the car accident. The gentleman that hit me had very little insurance coverage. Not knowing what to do with all of the calls from the 3rd parties asking for payment and putting liens on me, I was very confused and did not know what to do. So, I decided to contact Anderson Hemmat. Chad Hemmat and his team took care of the communication with all of the third parties and helped me cancel and cover these fees with the help of my own insurance company even if I wasn’t responsible for the accident. Great teamwork and such a relief to have Chad Hemmat helping me.
